Creekside Open 2013 curated by Ceri Hand at APT

The second of this years Creekside Open presentations feels extremely coherent as a show, which stands out in the sense of open submission shows often presenting a summation rather than a curation of an idea. I declare a vested interest as my own work is included in the show this year, but I was delighted at how it was shown.
Ceri Hand has talked about her approach to the space, thinking of it in 3 broad areas as you move from one to the other. This is evident even before you are made aware of that.
The alternative title of the exhibition could be from Ground to Ghost as the hand of humans is traced through industrialisation and digitalisation through the effects on us and the world.
